Are Students with gaps accepted by Australian universities?
  1. Students with a gap less than one year in their profiles (after HSC or Graduation) are accepted by Australian Universities/High Commission without any documentary evidence.
  2. Students need to prepare a good SOP mentioning their activities for gap up to a year.
  3. For gap of more than a year after HSC/Graduation documentary evidence is mandatory
  4. In absence of a satisfactory evidence, students may not receive an offer from the Australian universities.

Do Australian Universities ask for sources of 3-month-old funds?
  1. In general, Australian universities may not ask for sources of funds that are 3 months old. However, on a case-by-case basis, they may ask for sources.
  2. Australian Universities may ask for sources of funds even if the funds are 3 months old (e.g., CQ University, La Trobe & Western Sydney University).
  3. For Fixed Deposits with major amounts, the volume of funds deposited are matched with the annual income of sponsors. If they are not commensurate, then sources of deposits will be asked for.
