✅Students after completing their study in UK, get the post-study work visa called as graduate route.You must be in the UK when you apply.
✅Students completing bachelor, master (coursework) and master (research) degrees are eligible for 2 year graduate route whereas Phd graduates or other doctoral graduates are eligible for 3 years graduate route.
✅Students who are doing postgraduate – research based courses like master by research or Phd can bring spouses along or can invite them.
✅Students can’t sponsor their spouses on the basis of graduate route (post-study) visa.However, If their spouses already held spouse visa, that gets extended with graduate route visa of student (once student recieves it).
