Step 1. Documents submission
To begin the admission procedure and request an Admission Letter for your student, you are required to submit the
following documents:
- A valid international passport or any official ID card
- High school diploma along with transcripts
- NEET score (only for applicants from India).
When sending your documents by email, please include the name of the desired program in the subject line. Once
we receive all the required documents, the evaluation process and issuance of the Admission Letter will take
approximately 1 to 3 business days.
Step 2: TELEX Number Application
After the student receives the Admission Letter, they should pay the full first-year expenses as indicated in the Invoice, which is sent together with the Admission Letter. The TELEX number is a crucial document required for
the visa application process. Once the payment is completed and confirmed, the TELEX number will be issued, this
process may take up to 14 business days.
Step 3: Visa Application
Please note that students from certain countries may be eligible to obtain a visa on arrival in Uzbekistan. Visa related
instructions will be provided individually for each student based on their nationality and case.
- Completed Uzbek Visa Application Form
- International Passport (valid for at least 2 years)
- Original Invitation Letter and TELEX number issued by the University
- Educational documents (e.g., school certificates, transcripts)
- Bank Statement (optional but recommended)
- Passport-sized photos (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
Please make sure to verify the exact list of required documents with the relevant embassy or visa center prior to
your appointment, as requirements may vary.
It is essential to inform the University at least 5 working days prior to the student's arrival in Uzbekistan. This advance notice is required so that we can arrange airport pickup and inform the Migration Office accordingly. Please be advised that failure to notify the University in advance may result in refusal of entry at the airport, as immigration authorities must be officially informed prior to the student's arrival
