- Applicants must have completed high school or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 60% overall in Grade 12 is required.
- Students from all streams are eligible.
- No mathematics requirement applies for admission
Applicants must meet one of the following English language requirements:
- IELTS (Academic): Overall 6.0, with no band below 5.5
- TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in each section
- Duolingo: Overall score of 110, with at least 90 in production
- PTE (Academic): Overall score of 54, with no band below 50
- The annual tuition fee for Year 1 of the program is AED 40,000. This fee covers academic instruction and institutional resources for the first year of study.
- An entrance scholarship of AED 12,000 is available as a one-time benefit for eligible students. The scholarship is applied only after the full Year 1 tuition has been paid and is adjusted against the final outstanding balance.
- There is no application fee for students applying for the 2026 intake, making the application process more accessible.
- All tuition and related fees are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are payable to The North Land Institute of Training, as per institutional payment guidelines.
(Students may choose one of the following payment methods)
Full Payment Option
- Students who choose the full payment option are required to pay the entire Year 1 tuition fee of AED 40,000 at the time of accepting the Offer Letter.
- Additional Visa and other administrative fees, which include the immigration health check, biometrics, Emirates ID, and related processing charges, are AED 8,100 and must be paid along with the tuition at the time of acceptance.
- The total amount due under this option is AED 40,000 plus visa and other applicable fees. Payment must be completed immediately upon acceptance of the Offer Letter to proceed with enrollment and visa processing.
- Students opting for the installment plan can pay their tuition in multiple stages, subject to the institute’s payment schedule.
- The first payment of AED 20,000, along with visa and other administrative fees, must be paid upon receiving and accepting the Offer Letter.
- The second payment of AED 2,500 is due within 10 days of visa approval.
- The third payment of AED 10,000 must be paid by March 20, 2026.
- The final payment of AED 7,500 is due by April 20, 2026.
Students should note that installment payments are non-refundable, and timely payments are mandatory to maintain enrollment status.
- A late payment fee of AED 300 will be charged if installment deadlines are missed.
- A scholarship of AED 12,000 will be applied after full Year 1 tuition is paid, and adjusted against the final balance.
