- Schedule an appointment with the Embassy of Spain, New Delhi or Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, in accordance with the place of application.

- Visa application will not be accepted at any of the visa centre in case of any error in the visa application form . With effect from 04th Nov’24 , we are informing all applicants that No handwritten forms will be acceptable therefore you are kindly requested to take the printout of the same post filling all details online from your side.
- The Visa fees of INR 8021 must be paid via cash or online. We recommend DEMAND DRAFT.
- The consular jurisdiction of the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi includes Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and a number of States and Union Territories of India: Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Punjab, Bihar, Meghalaya, Chandigarh, Jharkhand, Manipur, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Tripura, Haryana, Odisha, Mizoram, Delhi NCR, Sikkim, Lakshadweep Island, Rajasthan, Ladakh, Assam, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
- The consular jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Spain in Mumbai includes: Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Union Territories of India: Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, and Puducherry.
Jurisdiction must be checked where the student is residing for past 6 months.
- Complete visa application form duly filled and signed.
- Valid Passport with at least four months validity left at the time of applying for visa.
- Two recent color photographs (35-45 mm) of the applicant with white background.
- Photocopies of all academic documents. For UG cases 10th and 12th mark sheets need to be Apostilled by MEA and HRD. In PG cases Degree certificate and marksheets need to be Apostilled. Birth Certificate to be apostilled.
- Original admission letter of the Institution duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the Institution.
- Tuition fees payment confirmation.
- Prearranged accommodation proof. Hotel reservations are not considered. If the student is receiving accommodation from the university. It can only be used for the visa purpose. It will not be a booked accommodation.
- Flight ticket booking.
- Medical certificate by a registered MD certifying good health of the student. The same needs to Apostilled by MEA to be translated to Spanish (SWORN) and then legalized by Spanish Embassy.
- Police clearance certificate issued by Regional Passport office and Apostilled by MEA to be translated to Spanish (SWORN) and then legalized by Spanish Embassy.
- Travel Medical Insurance for a minimum of Euros 30,000 coverage. Only from a SPANISH Insurance Company.
- Documents indicating that the student possesses sufficient means of subsistence both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to country of origin or residence.
- Financials – EUR 13,000 (1 year living) + Balance tuition fees (SAVINGS, SPONSORSHIP AND EDUCATION LOAN ACCEPTED) 3 months old mature.
